Custom Plastic Fan Blades

Advanced Air produces custom plastic injection molded fan blades for a wide variety of OEM, Commercial, Industrial and Residential applications. We design and manufacture high quality custom plastic fans that meet your exact specifications. Customer approval of a "part to print" match is required prior to volume production to ensure that your demands are met. We use innovative manufacturing facilities to produce plastic fans and fan blade products that give you maximum durability and high performance.

We design Custom Plastic Fan Blades in many different shapes and sizes by using computer aided manufacturing techniques (CAM). 3-D models of the fans are designed using CAD files and are fed directly into our plastic injection

 

Plastic Impellers

Plastic Impellers are manufactured using one of our Pre-Tooled Plastic Impeller molds. This method saves mold development time and money by using our existing tooling inventory. Also, the time from placement of order to delivery of actual parts is significantly reduced. Please see our current mold listing below.

Custom Plastic Impellers

Advanced Air offers Custom Plastic Impellers for a variety of applications in numerous fields. Specifications are either taken from our existing tooling list (Please see Plastic Impellers page) or from your specifications. Our current tooling list has Impellers ranging from 1.870" x 0.350" to 4.750" x 0.740".

Impellers are rotating single or twin wheels used in fans mainly for ventilation and cooling purposes. They are usually made up of tough plastics. We manufacture a wide variety of Impellers in any quantity, diameter and materials.

Our impellers have options for fine-tuning and air flow in both the forward and reverse directions. High efficiency and low noise operation is possible with our custom impellers.

 

Plastic Blower Wheels

Advanced Air offers Plastic Blower Wheels and Plastic Blowers in a variety of sizes, shapes, designs and configurations. Blowers wheels are typically used in fans to produce air at high volume and low pressure. The air is forced to come out along the width of the fan.

Plastic blower wheels can be custom manufactured to your exact specifications or made from one of our Pre-Tooled Plastic Impeller molds. This "Pre-tooled" method saves mold development time and money by using our existing tooling inventory. Also, the time from placement of order to delivery of actual parts is significantly reduced. Custom Plastic Blower Wheels

Advanced Air offers custom Plastic Blower Wheels and Plastic Blowers in a variety of sizes, shapes, designs and configurations. Blowers Wheels are typically used in fans to produce air at high volume and low pressure. The air is forced to come out along the width of the fan.

The Blower Wheels that we manufacture offer high performance with low noise in your fans. Blowers are used in almost all types of fans including axial fans, centrifugal fans and exhaust fans to blow air in or out. Blower Wheel applications include drying, cooling, suction and exhaust operations.

 

Plastic Fan Guards and Shrouds

Advanced Air manufactures Plastic Fan Guards and Plastic Fan Shrouds for OEM, Industrial, Electronic and Commercial use. Plastic fan guards and shrouds can be custom injection molded from a wide variety of plastics in many different sizes, styles on forms. Custom Plastic Injection Molding

Advanced Air offers high technology custom injection molded fan products for a wide variety of applications. Our injection molded products are either produced directly from our existing tool list or according to your specifications. We use latest technology state of the art molding machines which will provide high quality and repeatability.

Injection molding is the process of manufacturing parts through molds normally under high pressure. Molds are usually made of hardened steel, aluminum or beryllium-copper alloy processed through standard EDM or CNC machining.
